1 bag of egg noodles
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup sugar snap peas
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
Low-sodium soy sauce, to liking
Duck sauce, to liking
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
Gardein fake chicken or real chicken
Extra-virgin olive oil
Boil water and add in the egg noodles, cook until tender. While the egg noodles are cooking, add oil to a frying pan and cook onions until translucent. Then add in the vegetables and cook them until they're tender. While the vegetables are cooking, cook the fake or real chicken in a separate frying pan.
When egg noodles are done cooking, gradually add them to the vegetable pan. Add in the chicken to the vegetable pan too. Lastly, add in the sauces and combine everything thoroughly.
